AI tools can help us in everyday life to make sense of content, information and data. It can also be a tempting tool for cheating! You need to think carefully about how AI tools can help you plan, ideate, and understand. It should not create content on your behalf. What might seem like a shortcut now, can actually turn out to be the longest of journeys.
Presently, you are able to use these tools UNDER TEACHER SUPERVISION. This means, your teacher will work with you to find the benefits ethically, from using an AI tool.
Below are the most common AI tools currently ‘on the market’, or providing open source access. Click on the icon, noting you may need to enter personal data to gain access, and you cannot install software on a school computer.
Remember to abide by the school’s AI Policy at all times. This includes NOT using AI to generate content for work that you submit for assessment, review or feeedback from teachers. If you are ever unsure, ask your teacher or Mrs. Rutter.
